RICK MEARS SIGNED 1991 MARLBORO TEAM PENSKE SIMPSON SX HELMET

Very interesting helmet painted for Rick Mears to be used during 1991 Indy Car season. Mears had worn Simpson's SX model helmet from 1988-1990. This SX model helmet was painted, prepped and lightly used, but was put on the shelf after Mears opted to use the first edition of the Simpson Shark. All radio equipment has been removed, but signs that they were there are evident.
